I had half day's notice that my sister and family were coming for dinner....and I had to get to work. Quickly I put a couple pounds of ground turkey in my big crock pot but only had a small can of tomato sauce. We had just had Pace Salsa the night before with tacos so I had an open jar in the fridge and added it and another jar to the crockpot. 6 hours later, we enjoyed the best crock pot turkey ever!
