We had our annual Thankgiving Pitch-In here at work yesterday. I brought in Pace Medium (chunky) Salsa and poured it over a softened block of cream cream. Everyone went crazy for it. Some liked it with tortilla chips and others prefered it with a flavored cracker. Everyone asked me for the receipe and no one could belive how simple it was. It was a 30 second recipe and needless to say... I am 'required' to bring it to every office luncheon from now on.
