Tilapia fillets salt & pepper Pace Picante Sauce (whichever heat you prefer, I use medium) Cooked rice
Place tilapia fillets in a 2" deep baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of salsa over each fillet Bake at 350° until mostly cooked through, about 12 - 15 minutes depending on thickness of fillets Tilapia is cooked through when it flakes easily Serve over cooked rice. Also delicious wrapped in a flour tortilla with shredded cheese and your favorite taco fixings.
