4 cups cooked White Rice I Lb. bag frozen cooked, peeled and devained Jumbo Shrimp 14/16 count 1 24 Oz. jar of Pace Thick and Chunky Picante Sauce, (Choice of Desired Heat Level) 1 Tbsp. Margarine or butter 1 tsp. Garlic Salt 1 sprig of Parsley
Prepare white rice per your package instructions. In large Skillet melt margarine or butter, place shrimp in in skillet and sprinkle garlic salt salt over shrimp. Sautee Shrimp and cook until done. Add Pace Picante Sauce to shrimp and heat until bubbling. Spread rice onto platter, pour shrimp mixture over rice, garnish with parsley sprig and serve.
