I take the corn and pull back the husks, but don't rip them all the way off. Take out all the corn silk and pull the husks back up on one side. Cut pieces of butter and lay them between the husk and the corn. When there's enough butter in there, pull the husks all the way back up and tie them on top with butchers twine. Toss the corn on the grill and cook until thy start to burn a little, turn. Once you get the aroma of the butter and the corn seeping through (you'll know when), take off the husks and chuck'em. Lay those babies back on the grill to get some grill marks. Turn and pour some Pace over them.
