Really looking forward to trying this, but right now the grill is under about 18 inches of snow. LOL

Any ideas on an oyster dish for us in the North East during the winter?

Pint of shucked oysters, Clean oyster shells, butter, pace picante sauce, shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Rince the oysters in cold running water to get any sand on them. Then place each one in a deep oyster shell. Then add a teaspoonful of butter in each one. Put about a tablespoonful or more on top of each oyster and top with cheese. Put wood chunks on top of charcoal so the grill will smoke. Then put the oysters on the grill til it is nice and bubbly and cheese is melted.
