Pace Picante Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

I made this weekend for my husband who is a "foodie" and he had seconds and then leftovers last night! As a newlywed, it was so rewarding to make a recipe he loved. If anyone has any simple, Pace Picante sauce recipe suggestions I would love to hear about them!
