Faye Lee, when do you add the Picante sauce to the stew? Right off the bat? And how much would you suggest using?

This sounds like a great idea, but want to make sure I do it right.

Every time we cook a turkey I freeze the breast meat. So handy to pull out and make enchiladas.

1 pkg. large tortillas
1 turkey breast, chopped
1/2 -1 cup Pace salsa
lots of grated cheddar cheese or Monteray jack with jalapenos

Moisten turkey with salsa & lay down centre of tortilla. Sprinkle a tbsp. of grated cheese over top & roll up. Lay in 9 by 13 pan with seams down
Cover with more Pace salsa & sprinle with lots of cheese.
Bake in 350 oven for 1/2 hour.for

I'm always afraid of eating leftover turkey, thinking it would be dry. The best way to cook leftover meat for me is to stew it. Pace will bring back that moisture into the turkey the day after. I can also throw in leftover or unused veggies. Serve with mashed potatoes or rolls!
