Heck this sounds like it would be good ANY time of the year and not just from left overs! You might even substitute chicken and it would probably be just as good, don't you think?

Really there is no set recipe for the tacos. Just chop however much turkey you want, and you want enough Pace tomoisten it well without makingit runny, you can judge by starting by using a little Pace and add more to taste. Then I add shredded cheese also to taste. Dont have the fire on the stove too high, you just want to warm it at this point. Enjoy!

I started eating this when my mother would fix it after Thanksgiving. It has no actual measurements, only three ingrediants: Pace (we like hot), turkey, and shredded cheddar cheese. Heat chopped turkey in a skillet, we usually have 3-4 cups, add a small jar Pace picante sauce and shredded cheese to taste. When cheese is melted serve on flour or corn tortillas. Happy holidays!
