"I took a pound of red beans, two pounds of smoked ham neckbones and a large jar of pace picante. Cooked them in a pressure cooker for an hour and a half. (Until the beans are almost done) Then added a bag of frozen mixed vegies untill they were done. The taste is great. I'm a single old man (White) but found all races (my black friends especially) loved this dish. It's mans food. I froze the leftovers in freezer bags. My neighbors are robbing my freezer. It's that good."
