"The pace salsa verde is a terrific product. I used it to make the salsa verde pork and pepper stew the other night and it was a new family favorite. I served it with yellow rice and a tossed salad for a complete meal. Looking forward to the leftovers

Easy to buy enough pork steaks to equal shoulder called for in the recipe. I had googled guisado de puerco and the recipe I found called for either fresh tomatillos or canned. I don't know how to fix fresh tomatillos and didn't feel like learning. In looking for canned tomatillos, I couldn't find them but did find Pace's salsa verde. Great. Simplified the process very much. Very tasty. Now watch. They'll probably discontinue it just as I found it.
