Academy Award Winning Dip

We have an Oscar party the night of the Academy Awards. This year we decided to go with a south western theme. The clear winner on the night was our South Western Oscar dip.

36oz Cream Cheese (cubed)
12oz Heavy Cream
32oz Corn
16oz Black Beans
1oz Taco Seasoning
1 Jar Pace Picante --your choice on level of spice.

Strain black beans and place all ingredients except corn into crock pot. Cook on high for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes or so. Then strain corn and add to crock pot, cooking on low for 1 more hour.

Serve with your choice of chips or other Mexican finger foods.The picante does a great job of helping the dip stick to whatever you are using it with.
