A great embellishment is to a add a little ranch dressing to Pace Salsa. It is DELISH! It's great especially for the spicier versions. The ranch cuts the spice a little.

This is very good... The recipe was on the back of a cream cheese box I bought about 12 years ago. My family and friends have been enjoying it ever since!!!!!
Great dip for sports get togethers, and you can make it either mild or as spicy as you want.... we've also added black olives and chili's yum-yum.
My husband even won 1st place at the county fair with this dip.

This is a freshening of a recipe I made some years ago for parties.

Combine one 8oz. package of softened cream cheese with a package of taco seasoning mix. Spread on large, flat serving plate.
Spread it with your own spicy bean mixture (I use black beans that I cook with chile powder, cumin, salt, pepper, cilantro and whatever else inspires me at the time) or with purchased refried beans.
Top this with your favorite Pace specialty salsa - my choice for this is Pico de Gallo.
Over the salsa, spread chopped lettuce and then lots of shredded cheese of your choice. My favorite is a Mexican blend from the local grocery. If you have good, fresh tomatoes you might want to dice some of these, too, and sprinkle lightly on top.

Let sit for about 30 minutes for flavors to meld a bit, then serve with your favorite dippers. Leftovers can be wrapped in a tortilla with the protein of your choice!
